I received a great rate and think that the value was fantastic.

My room was very nice as long as I didn't look out of the window toward the pool. I expected much worse. The front desk clerk was very accomodating.

Whoever wrote the bad review needs to stay at much more expensive hotels. Again, I was impressed.

Econo Lodge and the entire Clarion hotel chain should be embarrassed to be associated with this dump. First, it is located well off the highway next to a postal facility. The facility was badly in need of repair, inside and out. The room was dirty. We stripped off the beadspread and blanket and slept on the paper thin sheets. It was the kind of place where you were afraid to close your eyes for fear of waking up with a bug or rodent on you. The restaurant advertised at the corner of the property was shuttered. It is probly just as well as we would not have eaten there anyway. Had we not arrived after the cancellation time, we would have cancelled our reservation. Stay away!

It was a refreshing and comfortable sleeping.

The hotel was close to the stadium where we were going. It was clean, the staff was polite and helpful and it met all my expectations.

About the only good thing I can say was that the room was clean. The hot water in the shower varied from lukewarm to somewhat too hot. The continental breakfast was all but non-existent. There was no milk for the cereal, and no creamer for the coffee. They had a toaster, but nothing to put in it. If you're in the mood for a couple of old, wrapped Danishes this is great.

There was no alarm clock, just a light on just one side of the bed. And can't they get fitted sheets for their beds?
