The staff at this place was absolutely, bar none, the rudest I've ever encountered in 15 years of constant travel. From telling us to come back later for check-in because it was not quite three o'clock (without checking to see if any rooms were available) to insulting people on the phone who attempted to dial our room, to barging uninvited into our non-smoking room with a cigarette and refusing to put it out, to accusing us of breaking a towel rack and staining the carpet, they did everything possible to make our stay unpleasant.
