Econo Lodge Reno Motel

It was easy to make a reservation. It's a good value, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is several miles from downtown. There is no pool, or any other accommodations. The service is less than desirable and the rooms are dirty and falling apart.

The price seems high for the quality.

The staff at this place was absolutely, bar none, the rudest I've ever encountered in 15 years of constant travel. From telling us to come back later for check-in because it was not quite three o'clock (without checking to see if any rooms were available) to insulting people on the phone who attempted to dial our room, to barging uninvited into our non-smoking room with a cigarette and refusing to put it out, to accusing us of breaking a towel rack and staining the carpet, they did everything possible to make our stay unpleasant.

The only problem was the interstate was so close that there was noise all night long.
