Hotel had an overall dirty feel including the room itself. Front desk clerk tried to change our rate despite the fact that we had a reservation. I had to haggle with him for 15 minutes, and still ended up paying more than we were promised at reservation time. Bad service. Dirty hotel. Why would anyone stay here???

We were very pleased with how clean the room was. The pool area was not so clean. The staircase to the slide is beginning to rust and quite a few of the tiles surrounding the hot tub have fallen off. There were no towels, so we asked the person at the front desk-they were out. We had to go back to our room wet. The beds were hard and the pillows were very flat. We called the front desk for a few more-they were not only out of towels, but pillows! Not impressive.

This hotel was one of three hotels we experienced on our trip and the Econo Lodge was the worst. The employees were not professional; i.e. attire, mannerism, etc. The hotel offered continental breakfast, but had only 5-6 tables of which to serve which were filthy. Needless to say, we had to eat standing up. Our airconditioner in our room ran (or should I say "clunked and rattled") all night long. The hotel had a pool, but the slide and hottub were out of order when we got there. Luckily for my kids, the slide was fixed, but the hottub remained out of order during our two night stay. There has to be a better hotel in the area for a comparable price, so don't settle for this one!

It’s a good place to stay and a good location. We had a problem with one of the staff not doing his job and getting nasty.
