Econo Lodge Radcliff Motel - Page 1

I was doing work at fort knox and needed a room for a couple of days, and I found this place only one mile from the base. Everyone there was terrific, very helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy, and this place is set up for multi night lodging and lots of restaurants close by.

For an older style motel, this was well maintained and updated to modern age.

Will definitely stay there again, and recommend others to go there.

This was the absolute most disgusting, filthy, unfriendly place I ever stayed in.

When we arrived, the toilet and bathtub were backed up. The front desk blamed us, though we had only been there five minutes. When we finally persuaded them to give us another room, the workers doing the renovation were staying in the next room.

All night long, the distinct smell of pot came through the walls. Management refused to do anything about it.

I was basically happy with my stay. The phone was not plugged in. I fixed that as I needed a wake up call. Some of the lights did not work. There was no control for the TV. But, that was not a big deal either as we just needed to sleep. But the room was ok and the staff was nice.

It was adequate for the price. It was nothing fancy, just a place to stay close to Fort Knox.
