The hotel really does not have its "own" shuttle service. The shuttle service is provided by a airport parking lot company which has a bus that goes to the hotel. The bus will make a stop at the parking lot to drop off passengers picking up their cars then it will take you to the hotel. When I arrived in my room, I noticed it did not have a hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. I called the front desk and asked if they had a iron and ironing board, the rep told me to come back to the pick up the items. The room was clean but the bed was a little hard. I had a room on the ground floor and was able to hear the comings and goings of the people upstairs. Rent a car, nothing worth while in the area. Near the hotel you will find several used car lots, a strip club and a gas station. I had to go back to the airport and rent a car just to find something decent to eat and to see the rest of Phoenix. Overall, if you are just staying for one night and you are not looking to spend alot of money then stay hear. Also the free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, fruit, apple and orange juice, tea and coffee. Staff was very friendly. I paid $50 for one night and $20 ($36 including the gps which I left mine at home) for a rental car on kayak.com.
