The office was not opened and they never answered the bell. There was loud pounding and jumping all night long and no person was available to help.

It was in a central, easily accessible location without being noisy and crowded. Everything we needed for amenities was there, although I wish they had had wireless internet access and a bigger pool. The pool was the smallest pool I have ever seen! The service was simple, but quick and competent and very helpful. It was worth every penny we paid and the price was even lower than most places with similar amenities. I really recommend them.

The hotel is extremely good value for the price, I had a very nice stay. I would recommend that air conditioning be adjusted so it did not constantly go on and then off every few minutes, and the pool is so small that it is not worth advertising. Despite these, I would still stay at the same Econo Lodge hotel next time I am in Williamsburg.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They simply let me know that everything was in order with my reservation, where my room was and sincerely let me know that if I needed anything to call the front desk.
