30 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My wife and I made a reservation here and weren’t able to go. So I called and cancelled it that night. They still charged us and refuse to reimburse us. Choice Hotels did nothing to help us either. They are obviously incompetent. They robbed me of $90 and I didn't even get to sleep there.
