Horrible
Very dirty and stained shower, No coffee in room, Breakfast was not put out on time. Hot tub was not working. Carpet was wet from our room all the way down the hall due to a broken pipe. Carpet in our room was wet as well. When asked for extra...
So many things. First, the bathroom. Someone had peed in the toilet and not flushed it so obviously the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was no towels, very little toilet paper, hair in the tub, and a dead moth on the wall.
First room had no internet access. Asked to be moved to another room. They complied, but this one had an air conditioner that barely kept the room comfortable. Definitely NOT cool, by any means. Asked to be moved again and were told there were no...

This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! When my fiancee and I arrived, half the lights didn't work, the wallpaper was ripped, the doorstop fell off the wall and there was no wireless internet in our room. Although they allow dogs (for a $10 per dog per day fee not mentioned on Orbitz), they're not dog - friendly. My dogs figured out how to unlock the room door and ran out of the hotel the first day we were there. The staff made no attempt to contact my fiancee and I when that happened. At checkout, staff critizied us for leaving our dogs in their hotel, complained about the barking and hit us with a $50 wallpaper bill, claiming our dogs caused that damage. And I'm kicking myself for not telling them about how horrible the room was when I checked in, and for not taking pictures of the damange. I checked my debit card account today and saw they charged me $150 instead of $50 they said they'd charge. It probably wasn't an accident.
The accomadations were uncomfortable. It was dirty. It was a fire hazard with all the plugs in one outlet. We were stuck because of all the activities going on in Omaha and you could not leave because they require 48 hrs notice for cancellation and...

Beds were terrible, Never got a good nights sleep. Pillows were like sleeping on postage stamps. Breakfast bar was never cleaned. Kids running up and down the hall at hours of the nighe and early morning. Price was cheap and that's what we got. ...

Mediocre
Room was clean and nicely laid out. However, the shower took forever to get hot water and the drain was clogged.
The pool water was cold (not heated) and the whirlpool wasn't any warmer than a warm bath. When we asked the maintenance man about...
