I had a bad experience in econo lodge hotel. I was checked in at 10am, then I checked out at 7am the following day. Obviously, I didn't acccumulate my 24hour stay in that hotel, but to my surprised they charged 2 days on my creditcard. I called the manager but he was hesistant to understand and he seems did not know who was incharge on the front desk that hour. It's ridiculous, i think the owner should try to check on his men for the hotel's image to earn the integrity.
