It is good for the price. So you do not get much.

The staff and management of the Econo Lodge we stayed at recently were absolutely rude and horrible to deal with. In the middle of the night, the power went out in the hotel and wasn't restored even after we had checked out the next day. The staff was unsympathetic to the motel patrons' plight, merely telling us to stay in our rooms and not offering any compensation, help, or even sympathy. We were forced to take our showers and get ready the next morning completely in the dark, and it didn't help one bit that the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. When we complained about our terrible stay to the clerk at the front desk, she gave us a bored look, handed us the manager’s business card, and told us that he'd be in around three p.m. that day, without a single word of apology or anything. The manager, when we called him the next day, seemed not to have a clue about what to do and couldn't even resolve our request for a refund, stating that some other employee handled such requests, and that that employee would give us a call at four p.m. the next day. That never happened. So far, we have lodged a formal complaint with the customer service office for the Econo Lodge chain and are awaiting a hopefully favorable response and full refund.

It offered a good price and location.

I was very pleased staying in this hotel.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had adequate personnel and entry to floors was only for renters.
