The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. It was close to colleges and restaurants and it was easy to travel in and out. It had clean and nice rooms.

This hotel has free local calls, and incoming calls. My husband and other family members called to this room to check on me since I was traveling alone.

When they would call the front desk clerk would say to them "People has been calling all night for that room, Or gosh, I can't even go to the bathroom with out someone one calling for this room," What kind of customer service is that? I would never go back and would not recommend anyone else to experience this.

I liked the fact it was close to a waffle house. The bed was comfortable and the TV came in clear.

Everything was fine at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was in the midst of a personal trauma and the staff showed the utmost respect for my privacy, did not question odd schedules, and immediately responded to requests without questions.
