60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was stranded in Sioux Falls during the recent blizzard as my flight was cancelled two days in a row out of there.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I thought the breakfast bar could have been staffed a little better, and someone attending to it during the hours it was open. They could have had a little better variety or more as they ran out before breakfast hours were over, but it was satisfactory, no complaints.
I would stay there again, it’s convenient to the airport and highways.

We have stayed at this motel for over fifteen years as it is almost half way between home and Chicago, where we visit. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the rooms are always clean. We always have a good breakfast on our final stop of our trip. We feel like we are at home there.

we had 5 people in our group and this hotel changed our billing after one person bought some postcards from the desk. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS IF YOU STAY HERE. the staff was very uninterested in us staying there...seems like there's plenty of other...
