The place is a dump. The pictures on the website does not depict the true condition fo the hotel. The carpets were filthy, the shower was dirty. Checked the mattress to be sure there were no bed bugs. I was truly disappointed in the condition of

The first room I was shown had a bed that wasn't quite made, the next had curtains that were falling off the rod, with cracked windows.

Both of these rooms had dirty walls, very worn carpets, overkill deodorizer. Even the stairs were scary up to the rooms. This place needs to be shut down! Hard to believe the people behind the 800- number can even book this place with a straight face.

For the price I paid I can't complain, but the rooms were musty-smelling and the carpet was old.

This is a horrible hotel and the staff is.... I don't even have the words. Horrible. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Not at all what hoped for. The man helping at the counter was rude and did not help us find our room. He also made mistakes on our bill. The man driving the van scared us.

The reservationists assured me of comfortable accommodations - a room with a king sized bed. When we got to the room, the bed was full size. The clerk was not helpful and said that all the beds at the hotel were full size
