We booked this hotel on-line as a non-smoking room. When we arrived it was apparent that we had gotten a smoking room. The room smelled of smoke, the windows were open and the air was on. We were cold but the heater was broke, the repair man tried to fix it but was unable to do so. We had 2 small children with us and was concerned about second hand smoke.The T.V. was red toned and staticy, the repair man never fixed it either! The bed had ciggarett holes in the sheets and the ceiling above the bed was leaking and the drywall sagging! Three boogers were on the door! The room had not been cleaned. There was no parking and no continental breakfast in the morning when we woke up at 9 a.m. They suggested we park across the street in another business's parking lot over night. Not their risk of getting a ticket! I took pictures and showed the girl at the front desk. She seemed discusted but only offered a $10 discount. When I spoke to the manager he put me on hold and never came back, he finally e-mailed me after I filed a complaint with his motel. Get this...he wants me to come back so that I can use a %25 discount on my next stay! Stay away from Econo Lodge in Moreno Valley. Day's Inn is right up the road with there own bowling alley!

Nothing.The bed was hard and I could hear the neighbors loud and clear. The room was very plan and the bed sheets were stiff and the bed was hard. There were parts of the bathroom wall that had wholes in them. I could hear the neighbors in the room...

The swimming pool was in proper temperature and fairly clean. The Jacuzzi was nice and warm.The carpet in the room was thrashed. The room was in desperate need of a makeover. The refrigerator ticked like a bomb. The lobby area was nice and clean....

Location to the freeway. The staff was friendly when we checked in and gave us the room in the back we requested. The maid did not speak English. It is convenient to the freeway and was quiet.
The front desk woman was one of the most unfriendly and unpleasant service providers I have ever run into. You may get lucky and not need anything (except paying, of course) from her. But, beware that any special request or problem will get a chilli ...
