Econo Lodge Matthews Hotel

Oh my goodness the refrigerator was rusty and germy - we didn't receive any efforts in the housekeeping department , we were there for nearly 4 days - I had to walk down to the front office whenever we needed towels - the bed sheets were burned and stained a muck even when we went downstairs and requested a fresh set of sheets - location was horrible - service, well from what I gathered any one of the hotel employees could care less about any complaints - again worst hotel I've ever stayed in point blank.

It was an economy room. The things were clean and the supplies were ok. The beds were comfortable.

The price was good. The bathroom was tiny! They needed to remodel.

The location was horrible, it's hard to get out on Highway 74. The bed was uncomfortable, there was black mold throughout the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling (with mold behind it), the floor was dirty, and there was evidence of a previous guest. The hotel staff did not seem too concerned about it.
