57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location of this hotel was on our way south. The people were great, the room was nice and we enjoyed it greatly. We make this trip once a year and we try to stay in different places as we travel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The price was not bad and there was no traffic noise.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Econo Lodge Martinsburg.
I might recommend it to friends.

18 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The room was very clean and nice. The attendant did not have correct information about the phone and billing information in the room. Overall, the stay was good but I had an unexpected bill at check-out.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Econo Lodge Martinsburg.
I might recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This econolodge hasn't cleaned its rugs in years. Walking on the rug barefoot after a shower, my feet were black from the dirt on the rug. No shampoo, no laundry bag, no toothpaste was provided. The receptionist seemed 'bothered' to be taken away from work to handle my concerns.

I am not likely to return to the Econo Lodge Martinsburg.
I would not recommend it to friends.
