The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.The room phone didn't work and no wireless connection in rooms only lobby. Great place for the value. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the location was easy to get to. Food areas close and movie...

Location and parking.The room stunk, bad shower pressure, unfriendly staff. I will never stay there again. Instead we got a smelly room with unfriendly staff, the showers didn�t drain well and I would have more success spitting on myself than using...

I liked that it was in the city I was visiting.the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel was not very clean. If you are visiting the Madison area, plan to stay elsewhere.

Okay
There were no nonsmoking rooms left so we got a smoking room. I knew that it it might have a smokey smell to it but I was not prepared for how strong the ordor was. Even the hallway stunk.

It was clean, quiet, cool, close to shopping & places to eat. Even had ice cream down in the lobby for that late night sweet craving! Vending machines were also there.
