I was very surprised, this being a budget motel. The front desk was ready and since I had prepaid they didn't request a credit card on file. The room was as promised with a King bed and to my surprise there was a microwave oven and a refrigerator....

We stayed in one of the handicap rooms which was on the same side as a waste disposal place. The door had a half-inch gap and you could see the outside. Because of that, we had to deal with bugs. We found 8 dead roaches in the room and bathroom. My
My wife and I went to the econo lodge and we were very happy. The hotel was very inexpensive so we were a little worried and asked to see a room before we checked in. We were very sastified with the room it was very clean, the TV worked great and...

We were greeted by a friendly smile. The receptionist was friendly, polite, and honest about hotel amenities. The room was clean and smelled nice (like baby powder)
The beds were comfortable.
The wireless internet was free and available (in the rooms closest to the lobby) but thats fine when you are told avout it upfront and request one of those rooms.
The nightly total was $31.35 including tax. They also rent weekly and monthly.
There is even a free continental breakfast in the morning.
We recommend this hotel to all travelers on a budget.

The rooms in the second building across the parking lot is where we stayed. They were clean and large.
Walls were paper thin and the only 3 guests that were here were all in rooms that were side by side for some reason.
The night check in clerk was very friendly.
The Owner/manager and his wife were rude. They not only did not smile, they scowled at us, speaking their native language to discuss us, while we stood there right in front of them trying to figure out what they were saying ( How incredibly rude).
We were going to pay cash for the second night (with coupon a $43 total) because our CC was maxed on this trip. After telling them we wished to pay cash, they chatted amongst themselves again in their language, then told me my card was declined (which I knew) and had asked them not to run it.
More chit chat in their language, more scowls, then they accepted my $43 cash.
When I looked up my CC statements, they had tried to charge my card twice for $61 each time???? why??? I don't know. But that amount is not what it costs to stay there.
one positive point is that the wireless was fast and available, although non-secure. =]
We recommend staying at one of the other 12 hotels nearby.

Good: I had a clean, fairly comfortable bed, good size room, and the water heated up fast.
So-so: Very few available electrical outlets. The breakfast menu could have been more diverse, but the food they did have was good.
Bad: The room had paper-thin walls, I could hear people slamming doors all night, as well as a TV in another room, the bathroom was clean but the chrome on the metal fixtures was heavily worn, a shower head was missing, only three tiny bars of soap, the toilet seat was broken, the manager/clerk on duty needed to work on his people skills (hint: you say "You're welcome" when someone says "Thank you", and "Thanks for staying with us" when we check out).
Overall score: I'd go again in a pinch, but I'd look elsewhere first.
