Econo Lodge Lethbridge Motel - Page 1

Our experience at Econo Lodge was terrible. We arrived, recieved our room cards and headed to our room. When we opened the door with the card, we soon found out someone else was staying in this room. There was clothes, shaving kit etc in the room. We went back to the front desk where they said "Oh, wrong room". I expressed the fact that I wasn't happy that random people could enter rooms like that. They said "oh no, we dont let people go into your room".

After getting the proper room keys, we went to the room. The room was OK for the money...However, our heater didn't work all night. Also, our toilet was plugged so we couldn't use it.

When we told the front desk, they said they'd deal with it when we were gone.

In the morning, we told them we weren't happy at all. We had a terrible sleep becasue it was freezing cold, and that our toilet didn't work, so we had to use the staff toilet. They told us "Ok we'll tell matience".

We recieved no discount, in fact they refused to do anything.
