70 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I didn't like it at all. While it is economical, it just did not appear clean. Plus, the bed was not comfortable and lighting was not good at all. It was not a good experience.

The Park and Fly service was terrible. We waited over an hour in very hot weather to be picked up. We called at least 3 times. The van was unmarked and the driver didn't bother to stop at the designated hotel stop at the airport. He claimed the regular hotel van broke down which is why he was in an unmarked van. It was very poor service.

The mattress was terribly lopsided. The bathroom was mildew-y.

We had a housekeeper enter our room without knocking. They refused to move us to the ground floor (I arranged for a ground floor and when checked-in, they conveniently didn't have one). There was lots of confusion with transportation back and forth from the hotel.
