It is in a nice area. The breakfast was ok and it was kept supplied. The internet connection in the room was very weak, slow and it dropped once. I think the price reflected the area rather than the quality of the accommodations.

Beware bait-and-switch.. Beware bait-and-switch. I was quoted one price (by two people) and presented with another on arrival. Also told I would be paying "Full" price on the phone, and told on arrival that the higher price they were charging me was already discounted from the "Normal" price. Though the price differences were not that much, the series of lies made me rather uncomfortable. No offers were made to make good on their price quote when confronted.

to return to the Econo Lodge Lenox.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very convenient to Tanglewood. The rooms were clean and the front office was prompt in responding to any problems. For a budget hotel, it was better than I expected.

Excellent
Room was clean, quiet and comfortable; staff were friendly; free contiental breakfast even included waffles. I couldn't have asked for a better valuel for the money.
