Service was good, rooms were the pits

49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Stayed here for three nights during the Charlotte race. Service was good, but the beds were so bad, that I might as well have slept on the floor. Three nights of no sleep tend to make people very grumpy! I'll look for somewhere else to stay on my next trip. Way overpriced at $200.00 a night.

The location was convenient to what I was going to see. The check in was slow and the receptionist did not understand me. I do recommend for anyone looking for a cheap hotel and only wish to use it for sleep.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Econo Lodge Kannapolis.
I might recommend it to friends.
