53 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The continental breakfast wasn't much, and the tv reception was bad, the phone was unplugged which we didn't notice as the cord was behind the nightstand. There was also someone elses old message on it. Otherwise the stay was okay. The online booking was a chore taking 2 calls to customer support to get worked out and the final charge given by customer support was an overcharge whch had to be refigured (by me) and corrected when we got to the motel
They had free service to and from the air port but forgot to tell us to take the Thrify rental van to lodge, 45 min. and 3 phone calls later we got the right info. Having come in late and had no dinner we ask if there were any food places near, the
