I like Comfort Inn hotels because they make a hotel stay a pleasant experience. The coffee and the breakfast buffet were great. There was a computer where I could access the internet and read my e-mail. They had newspapers for customers to read. I always enjoy getting a USA Today. They have great hotels with clean rooms and lobbies.

The hotel was clean and comfortable though I feel it was a bit overpriced for that area. The hotel accommodated our large family for a reunion. There was a slight issue regarding rooms not being ready at check in, but the staff handled it professionally and we got our rooms with only a slight delay.

Upon arrival during check-in they gave me a different rate then I was given during reservation. They did not clean the room good at all. They left empty containers on dresser and on the floor. Our king size suite did not have a table to eat at, and the bed was broken. A total hot mess. I will never return. I used to stay here at least 4 times a year but never again.

The mattress was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was convenient to our destination and it was reasonably priced.
