45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
First, let me say that I am not overly picky, but this place was repulsive. I was very disappointed that it was located in a grocery store parking lot, which was difficult to get in and out of. It just got worse inside.
I found hair in the tub, and not one hair, but a clump of hair. I requested a different room, only to be informed by the rude desk clerk that they were "Too busy" to move anyone and to call back later if I "had" to move. The entire place is shabby, but I might have overlooked that had the service been remotely good. The breakfast is a joke. Not recommended, stay elsewhere!

I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read on. They were all excellent, but very undeserved. We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive and a call to be late. We were given a key, opened the door, only to find the room already occupied. Lots...

This hotel is wonderful for your money. Several hotels in the area and this is a sure thing. The staff is wonderful, they welcome you and are very knowledgeable of the area. This is the only hotel on N Triphammer worth your money. The other two...

The breakfast bar was exceptionally nice - it had a cook-your-own waffles. That was very good. The hotel is neat, clean and located near enough to downtown Ithaca, yet also on Route 13 near the airport.
