My husband and I were visiting the midewest and stayed in several hotels on our three week trip. This was the worst, by far, of any of them. The room was dirty, they smelled of smoke even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room. There was a broken mirror and peeling wallpaper and the mini fridge was filthy. As far as the "continental breakfast" is concerned...they had a few stale donuts and some nasty coffee (maybe I am spolied in regards to coffee as I am from the Seattle area) The only good thing about this hotel is its close proximity to St. Louis...not worth it!

The bed was terrible. It was not comfortable and it was wrapped up with flat sheets instead of a fitted sheet. There was also a hole in the screen so the window had to be kept locked. Not enough towels were left; with 2 people, they only left 2 towels.
