It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Horrible
36 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
On a cold New England November evening, the Jacuzzi wasn't working; the corridors were without any heat, the pool was so cold, it wasn't worth trying.
The manager was very rude. After I complained to the corporation, he sent me an email saying never to step in his hotel again.
