No hot water, mold in room, ceiling leaking water, no coffee pot even though advertised no ashtrays for a smoking room and no remote for TV so couldn't even watch

I booked this room simply because every where else we tried was booked. That should have been my first red flag. When we arrived at the "lodge" there were a lot of people wandering outside and it did not appear to be in the best area. Reluctantly...

Horrible
Front desk was friendly. Room was run down, dirty and in bad repair. Hair drier and bedside lights did not work. Strongly suspected that the bed had not been changed since last customer. Not enough towels in room. Overall, not a good...
Our group had 6 rooms and not one of them were clean. We had no towels in any of the rooms and when we asked the desk they said they would see what they could do. We never did get towels. So no one got showers. Our group was to stay 2 nights but after the horrible first night we checked out before 7:00 a.m. All the rooms smelled of smoke. Parties going on all night around the hotel and when we called the front desk they did not do anything about it. We all call this the "Hotel from hell". A horrible stay. On of the kids even found a used condom under his bed.

The non-smoking rooms stink of smoke!. We chose this lodging establish due to its location and reasonalbe price. We should have investigated further. The non-smoking rooms in this hotel reek of cigarette smoke. The bath towels in our room were, small, worn thin, and had holes in them. There were loud parties with music until 1 AM. Complaints to the front desk did not result in any relief. Tha loud music went on. This lodging establish needs help! I would never consider staying here again.

Was in Tacoma for a sporting event at the Tacoma Dome and stayed at this hotel with my grandchild. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. the rooms were being remodeled while I was there and for the money very good.
