It was clean and comfortable and met all my needs.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk was friendly and helpful. I was quickly and efficiently served.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

46 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We specifically picked the hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. When we got there, both were closed for our entire stay. I told the staff we only selected the hotel because of the pool. I feel like I should have been offered a discount of some kind. If I knew there would be no pool, I would absolutely have booked my family at another hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.
