Econo Lodge Holbrook Hotel - Page 1

Room was horrible, smelled bad, bed like a board, not just firm, literally like a board. Air conditioner barely worked and was incredibly noisy. Tried 2 different rooms and both exactly the same. We didnt stay, went to another hotel. The only good part was the young man at the front desk was very pleasant and accomodating. We were on a road trip and there was no way we would get any rest at this hotel to continue on the next day.

The manger was ruded the help didn`t know what they were doing.

We chose a coupon out of a published coupon book called 'traveler discount guide' and the coupon was not honored. The manager told the lady at the front desk to add $10 to the coupon price if they are busy and $5 if they are not. There was no reason for.
