61 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Rack to hang clothes on broken. No hair dryer. Dirty carpet. Burn holes in bedspread. Lights flickered off and on. Bird droppings on landings. Elevator made horrible noises when in operation. Filthy stairways. Manager never returned call after we complained about not getting the room we reserved.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The quality was impeccable for the price. I would visit this restaurant again.
This hotel made me feel excited: I was already happy for the reasons that I was staying there. The hotel was clean and very nice and it only heightened the feeling of staying in Galveston.
