46 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The room smelt of mildew, the bathroom was full of mold and the hotel was in a very noisy area.

I am not likely to return to the Econo Lodge Florence.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was a perfect stay and we will be going back again next week. The pool was great and so was the service. The staff was very attentive.

This hotel made me feel important: The service was excellent. We are very happy to stay there again in the near future.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The window was dirty on the inside and the television remote didn't work.

47 year old female with a moderate budget

We stayed here as we were on a budget. You obviously get what you pay for.

The room was very musty smelling, the carpets were filthy. I travel with my job and stay in the higher end hotels (Hilton, Westins, etc) so I'm a little spoiled, but I was really appalled that a hotel could even offer a room that was so disgustingly dirty. The bed was clean with no odor, but the rest of the room was terrible.

Pay a few bucks more and go down the street.
