I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the motel for the price that I paid. It was clean, efficient, and had a lovely pool. We had complementary continental breakfast and a friendly and helpful desk staff. It was quite nice!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We felt well taken care of.

It is just an overall great family hotel. The pool area was wonderful and the kids just wanted to stay at the hotel pool instead of going to the beach. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, a tropical environment. That is our hotel of choice when we travel to Erie.

This hotel made me feel hip: It wasn't just a typical swimming pool like most of the places we have stayed. This hotel had palm trees and just made you feel you were on a tropical island.

The location was close to the interstate. They served continental breakfast.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They are always friendly and polite.

I thought the hotel was very nice. My kids and I enjoyed our stay there. I have nothing bad to say about it.

This hotel made me feel practical: I thought the prices were very reasonable and I felt I was not paying too much money.

Everything was fine. They were just a little unclear at check in with the amenities and the pool was closed on the day of check out.

We arrived at 4:30 PM and our room wasn't ready, we had to wait until almost 7 PM to be able to get into our room. We had spent the day at the beach and the kids were tired and hungry, but we couldn't go out to eat until we showered and changed because we left the beach when it started pouring and were all still in our wet suits. It was not a pleasant 2 1/2 hours and the staff wasn't even apologetic.

They are very welcoming.

My only gripe is that the room we had that was called the ‘suite’ didn't fit the name. We thought we would have some 'extra' room because it’s called a suite, but that was not so.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me with a huge amount of respect and were willing to accommodate my needs in any way they could.

I woke up in morning and found a 'used' lollipop in the sheets. The desk help was rude and wouldn't let us talk to manager. We left message for manager to call and she did. She was apologetic and told us to ask for her on our next trip. I’m not sure I want to stay there again.

The room was nice, but the pool hours weren't very long and the breakfast in the morning wasn't that great. There wasn't a lot of selection and there was too many people.

Our stay was not that great. When we checked-in, we asked if we could have two more pillows and blankets. The front desk was rude. When we got into the room, it was not clean. There was a dirty blanket on one of the beds. There was hair in the bathroom.
