According to the employees at the hotel they have just recently renovated which seems reasonable since everything is looking new.
I was here on a business trip and my salesman told me this was a good choice. Although they have just renovated the price they are charging is not highly overpriced as if they need the money to cover up the renovation costs. The bedrooms are intact and is almost spotless. The bellhop was a nice gentlemen who assisted me in moving my luggage.
My salesman lives in this city so he knew his way around and said that it was close to many good restaurants which he took me too. Judging by how fast we got to certain places I will have to say that the location is convenient.
