Dirty, dirty room. In spite of the Do NOT disturb sign, management decided the maid needed to come into my room. Too bad she didn't clean while she was there, only took open soap and didn't leave replacement. She did leave the hanging dust webs and sticky globs on the nightstand that were there when I checked in.

Requested fridge for room I'd booked for family members traveling with small children. Was assured it would be provided. Not so, and then they were obliged to change rooms one night during a 5 night stay! We made the reservations months ago.

Thin windows, doors rattle, trucks rumbling continually. Rusty tub!

Go down the road to Batavia and stay in a nice hotel.

Very nice, well renovated. large plasma and great American breakfast. friendly and well informative staff. This is a great place to stay.

The location was very convenient to interstate access. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a Bob Evans restaurant, within five hundred feet of the hotel.

I read some reviews on this place and none were horrible nor any great, so like a lot of people I figured I'd check it out myself. WRONG thing to do. This hotel is very old and the age shows. It is right across from the truck stop (not a quarter mile away like it suggests). Whenever a truck goes past, the room would rattle nearly apart, the windows were frail and thin. The doors weren't insulated and everytime someone went past my room it was as if my door were wide open. The phones were down and when the four kids in their early twenties came banging on my door at 0200, 0300, 0400, and 0430 hours. I didn't sleep at all and was exhausted. I had gone to the front desk and the teen that was working wasn't able to switch my room and did not offer any type of refund. Absolutely don't stay here. I give most places a chance but this was too much. Oh yea, the bed comforter had stains on it that looked like poop, now I know they wash these but when you have a poop stain, charge the jerk that did it and throw it away PLEASE.

This motel needed to be updated. Everything was fine. We got a good night's sleep.
