Great location, Superb value for the price! Older structure but very recently renovated. Recently sold, new owners doing great job. Cleanliness of common areas good, room excellent. Room was quiet, beds were great, shower fantastic. Staff/front desk very helpful & accommodating. Vending/ice machines all worked. Limited amenities but highly recommend for the budget minded who won't miss the minibar.

The hotel structure is pretty rundown and smelly. The rooms are better, recently upgraded. It is a high traffic area, so noisy, but it backs on the Willamette River, which is nice.

It was inexpensive but clean. The bed was hard and the thermostat did not work well, but we slept hard and got up for more travel the next day.

The hotel itself was somewhat dirty and the carpets were in dire need of shampooing. Also, the way the doors opened and locked were set in a way in which my three year old could easily get out or hurt himself. The beds were also not very comfortable. The staff who worked there were very nice and friendly though.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff told us about the possibility of upgrading our rooms because of cancellations.

I have stayed there at least once a year since 2000. They are very nice.
