Booked over the phone and was told the pool would be open. Got to the room at 6pm and pool has not been opened. Would have booked with another hotel but they said because of the time they would still charge me for the room. Door of bathroom filthy, toiet filthy, bathtub filthy, remote not working, linens stained. Children walked on carpet in room and feet were black from carpet. Not family friendly. Would highly recommend the quality inn located next door. Asked for a discount or to go to a hotel with a pool was told the manager was unreachable and the lobby clerk unable to help.
