They have a very friendly staff. I had a problem with the non smoking room requested, but this was eliminated. Because of the error, they gave us a non smoking suite room available and for the same price.

This hotel made me feel important: They made you feel like they were friends with you for a long time.

I had reserved a non-smoking room but I was assigned a smoking room. I never said anything at the time but probably I would have been told that was all they had available.

I liked the free continental breakfast choices. The housekeeping was nice enough to work around my work schedule (I worked a swing shift; 12 hours). And the staff was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and entertainment. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.

The pool was much nicer than expected for this type of motel. It was in a central indoor courtyard and in an attractive area. The breakfast was very nice. But there was a smell in the hallways -- like burning wax or plastic.

The price was within reason; the facility was very nice, clean, and attractive with amenities that suited our needs. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

This hotel made me feel respected: I felt respected because they were courteous, helpful, and considerate; answered any questions pleasantly; any housekeeping requests were quickly attended too without question.
