There are good people owning and running it. They have good prices and non-smoking rooms, with microwaves and refrigerators.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people know me. They give me a good rate.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge Byron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Nice people own it and nice people run it. It is always clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They remembered me from before.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge Byron.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

34 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was renovated a few years ago and that was great but their customer service is awful. This hotel could stand for some customer service training and learn to be more friendly to their customers. If you don't like the customer service industry get out of it.

I am not likely to return to the Econo Lodge Byron.
I would not recommend it to friends.
