The biggest problem we had was that we had reserved the room for two nights and it was halfway between where we were going. When we came back they had given our room away even though I had taken the key with me.

I am not likely to return to the Econo Lodge Bristol.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel secure: They answered the office telephone quickly and had a chain lock on the door.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge Bristol.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were supposed to stay for two nights, but while we were gone during the day they gave our room away even though I had taken the key with me.

I get what I pay for generally. Hospitality in the south is always better than in the north.

This hotel made me feel respected: We got appropriate responses from the staff.
