Where to start...
The 5-acre "waterpark" advertised is a tiny kiddie play area at the hotel next door shared by numerous hotels
The basketball court is one little slab of cement by a dumpster with no rim
The area around the "chalets" which are more like shacks, was covered with trash that blew out of the dumpster and into all the yards
The TV and radio looks like it was purchased in the 1980's and is wooden, or rather has wooden stickers
The room has a "balcony" which is a nailed closed screen door overlooking a gravel parking lot and barbed wire fence
The breakfast, which is at the other hotel, is packed with people
The door in the bathroom doesn't shut, and the bathtub looks moldy
The waterpark opens late and closes early
They put a twin bed blanket on our queen bed so that it hung over the side by one inch
I was awoken to a bug crawling up my arm
The best part of Econo Lodge was the price, but I guess that just goes to show you get what you pay for
