32 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
NOT a very good hotel.The matress on the bed was wore out. We were provided with no ice bucket.The ice machine did not work.Most hotels provide a hair dryer in the room and a coffee maker .The bathroom needs a lot of work the sink is falling apart.I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.
I went there for my dconvnetion and we also went for disney i was there for 8 days with my wife and kids.I found the hotel is nice and quite.service and front desk staff excellent.Will stay next year same time......!

Okay
We have stayed here several times during our many visits to disneyland. The location is ideal just 4 short blocks away from the main entrance. Don't expect much from this motel though. It's just a place to lay your head after a day of fun fun fun.

We went there, and like usual, we give them a credit card for extra room charges, etc..
Well, they decided to charge me for the full price of the room, even though I already payed for it through the travel agency. I called the travel agency...
I have stayed in this hotel twice. if you're looking for value...it's great. The service is depending on who's working at the time....the first time i had a girl who lacked customer service skills, but the second time i had no problems....great pool....

i don't recommend any family or anybody to stay here it was really bad to start off the bed was hard, they gave us the oppisite of what we wanted,there was bugs on the bed, there was rats, the place was a mess,the room was very tiny and there were...
