We stopped here to enquire about the rates, we are a young family of four, we stepped in and headed for the front desk, the young rude clerk behind the desk (mariam) was on her phone, she did not acknowledge us or anything, we waited whilst she paced behind the desk on the phone, when she finished we asked if their were any available rooms, she made the hotel was very busy (even though there were 2 cars in the lot) she said it would be $109.95 Per room as we asked for 2, my kids were getting restless so we didnt argue about the rate, She said before she can give the room out she would have to go and see it herself,(hotel Policy) up she went and disappeard for a further 15 minutes, came back with a spanish speaking maid and headed straight for a room which looked like a staff room of somekind, now we had been here for 40 mins we helped our selves to coffee, she popped her ahead out from this room and said to us i will be with you in a momment, We had been waiting for all this time already, does she not realize this is not the only hotel in Fort myers!!!! i hav never had to wait more then 10mins to check in at any hotel,what a bunch of shambles, and in this time a guy had come in and walked out, we didnt stay here we went across the road and stayed in a much better place for $69.95.

DO not go here they dont value customers.

I was here in the last week of Aug and had ref from my pal.

Though I had doubts and worries about the stay here,it turned

out to be a nice experience.I have to appreciate the hotel staff

for their personal attention which made my family too to enjoy

the vacation.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay in this budget motel and

am satisfied with the room service and amenities

provided by them.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my last business trip.

The rooms had a great exposure, a very good location and the courteous

staff were much caring.

May recommend to someone next time.
