Staff very friendly and competent! Value for the money. Ease of access to Interstate 75. Close to downtown Acworth. Very friendly place. Overall, acceptable to any traveler. I am normally in more expensive hotels (not top of the line) and I would rate this very acceptable. Kind of dated with the exterior doors but it is clean and mostly comfortable. It is expected to undergo a room renovation sometime before this summer. 'Sam', the owner and his wife and his front desk clerk, Judy, are great personable people!
