Horrible
We had two rooms, neither of which had hot water. As we were complaining, another couple came in to the office to say the same thing. Staff offered nothing more than an apology.

"This met our needs perfectly, low price and we were only in the room to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and spacious. The staff was very kind. They had coffee and donuts, muffins in the morning. It was a 20 minute walk...

Okay
The flowers, gazebo and pool were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location was just west of a bad part of town. You don't get much here for the money.
