we have been going to London for the last 8-9 years and we have always been treated great, and we are getting ready to go again. everyone is so nice and always help us when needed.

Okay
56 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The employees did not speak enough English to understand what we needed. The bathroom was not clean enough and the air conditioning unit was filthy.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
