Horrible
This was a huge disappointments for my boyfriend and I. We should have known better than to stay there when we pulled up and there was a lobby full of people complaining about the manager stealing their money! And when there was one other couple...

When we first arrived at the hotel we checked in at the lobby and got our keys to our room (The Penthouse)right away. Then, we were told how to get to our room and were given a little map since we had to drive down the road a bit more (less than half a mile which I dont know how others have complained). When we first arrived at the place it seemed a bit odd that it wasnt closer to the lobby and it wasnt lite up too well...but we ventured on.
We brought our bags inside and got into the main hall where all the rooms were. It wasnt the most inviting of hallways, but all the doors were decorated with the theme name on it to let you know which was which.
We walked into our room and immediately loved it! The room was all romantically lit up with its "mood lighting" and we dropped our bags to look at the room. Everything was very clean and we found NO problems with the room. We got a free dinner as a part of the package and even that was great!
Let me just say it was the most romantic of get-a-ways! The hotel was quiet, the room was wonderful, the bed was huge, the jaccuzi was enormous & FUN, it was just overall perfect! The theme especially made the night memorable! I would recommend this hotel to ANY couple looking for a fun and different get-a-way for some alone time. It was AMAZING and I cannnot wait to come back!

We came to go shopping at Gurnee Mills and got a regular room the first night and paid around $60. The room was clean, the king size bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly.
We saw their Jacuzzi suites and decided to stay a second night in a suite. The themed suites were great. The only problem was trying to decide which one! No kids are allowed in the Jacuzzi suite area, so it was nice and quiet and made for a romantic getaway for my husband and myself.
We will definitely be back, and we're telling all our friends of the fun little "getaway" place that we have found.

Mediocre
Well when I booked this place, I had no idea what it was like. I had driven past it many times, and I decided that it would be fun to stay in a themed room. So I called them and asked for a fancy room and the price was about $150 so I thought that...
