The heater didn't work, the hot tub was very dirty, and the blanket had a white substance on it. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person was interested in why we were staying there and talked to us about our search for a 2nd home. She also took the time to go online and apply for a rewards program card when told her that wasn't able to do it on the website before.
