Econo Inn Lovell Motel - Page 1

We made reservations in advance, we were told that the room would be held until 4pm and they gave us a confiramtion number. When we got to the hotel to check in they did not have a room for us. We were in the office for half an hour while they discused giving us a room that was being held for someone else. In the end they decided that since the room had already been promised to someone else that we would have to wait the hour and a half to see if the person showed up. My advice to anyone traveling through lovell is to find another motel. This motel is unorganized and who knows if the room has been cleaned, they do not even know if there is someone staying in them.

We never even stayed because of the way we got treated on the phone when I called to make reservations. I guess I asked too many questions!
